Full Membership

• Full Membership at LMYC is required for anyone who wishes to keep a boat at LMYC.
• The Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Full Membership applies to one person or to two people who are spouses.
• There is only one vote per full membership unit. (spouses)
• Full members may hold a position on the Executive
• Full members have clubhouse access with key
• Full members may nominate new members
• Full members are required to provide 12 work hours per year.

Associate Membership

• Associate Membership at LMYC is a non-voting membership for those who wish to enjoy the club but do not have a boat.
• Associate members may enjoy all the facilities of the clubhouse and may attend all social functions at the club
• Associate members may not vote and may not hold office
• Associate members may not have a dockage at the club and may not keep a boat in the yard

Honorary Membership

• This is granted by decision of the executive upon the vote of the general membership to someone who has provided outstanding contributions to sailing and especially to LMYC.
• Honorary members shall have clubhouse rights and receive the newsletter.
