The members and executives of LaSalle Mariners Yacht Club welcome you to our Club. We hope to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. The information listed below contains answers to most of the common questions visitors have concerning our facilities. If you require additional information please contact LMYC.

CANADIAN CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION

All international visitors arriving, as well as Canadian. citizens returning from the US must report to  the Canadian  Customs office at 1-888-Canpass.

RECIPROCITY

LaSalle Mariners Yacht Club reciprocates with most yacht clubs and are members of I.L.Y.A, You must belong to another yacht club to moor at LMYC. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.  Club phone number 519-734-1363

UPON ARRIVAL

All yachts visiting LMYC must register with the Harbour Master or a member of the Executive.

The first three days are free to members of recognized clubs. Subsequent days will be at a fee to be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Boats visiting  for an LMYC event may stay five days free.

Any boat wishing to stay any longer than 10 days must make arrangements through the executive.

DOCK & CLUBHOUSE RULES

Our club rules are very basic and emphasize safety and respect for the rights of each other.  With this in mind, the following is a brief outline of some of our rules.

• No guest boat shall be allowed to perform repairs without the express permission of the HARBOUR MASTER..
• All pet owners must keep their pets quiet at all times and under restraint when off the boat.  All pets must be cleaned up after.  No pets allowed in the clubhouse or the sail folding area.
• Parking at the boat slips is reserved for members and visiting boaters unloading or loading their boat..  Guest of visitors must park in the main Clubhouse parking lot.
• Non swimmers must wear approved flotation devices when on or near the water.
• Children age twelve (12) and under are not permitted in the Clubhouse unless under direct supervision of an adult.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse.
• No fire-arms permitted on LMYC property.
